Uploading Bank Statements


To upload a bank statement, click into your company (from the All Companies screen), select Upload within the Bank Statement folder and drag and drop the file from your desktop into the window.

Specify a project to add the transactions under, if applicable.

Once successfully uploaded, a green tick will appear beside the file. The transactions will now appear within the Bank Statements Inbox.

AutoEntry will extract the following fields:
- Account Number
- Date
- Description
- Debit
- Credit
- Balance
- Check number (if applicable)
